GreenDreams is hosted on InnoTech's physical security environment which includes 24/7 security guard coverage, video monitoring and secure card key entry only.  The hosting area where all InnoTech computing equipment is located is maintained within this secured structure and is protected by a card key accessible only to authorized InnoTech personnel and is further secured by a 24/7 video surveillance monitoring system where all areas of the hosting area are visible continuously.  The physical site of the hosting equipment is the Cox Communications Center in Lake Forest, CA.

Technical Security Measures




Sensitive information gathered across the GreenDreams website online forms will be protected by a secure server (SSL).  This guarantees that the transmission of information from a user's browser to the server is encrypted. 

Access to the software of the hosting server is protected by:

·          A firewall with virus protection software

·         Secured servers running SSL certificates and encryption algorithms

·         Password protected directories

·         24/7 software monitoring internet and CPU usage providing alarm alerts to
any suspicious activities on any InnoTech hosting servers.


Meritus Payment Solutions

All ACH transfers are managed by Meritus Payment Solutions.  Meritus's servers are hosted at Intelenet, which is a SAS70 certified datacenter located in Irvine, Ca.  All sensitive information is encrypted.  The database has full backups daily and transaction log backups every 30 minutes. Our backups are stored at Iron Mountain.
